<li>Two (2) 8 ounce packages of softened cream cheese</li>
<li>1/2 cup of sugar</li>
<li>Two (2) eggs</li>
<li>1/2 cup canned pumpkin</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon of vanilla</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon</li>
<li>dash of nutmeg</li>
<li>dash of ground cloves</li>
<li>dash of allspice</li>
<li>6 ounce graham cracker crust (ready made crust)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Soften the cream cheese for 2-4 hours at room temperature</li>
<li>Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electic mixer on medium  speed until well-blended</li>
<li>Add eggs and mix again until fully blended</li>
<li>Stir the canned pumpkin and spices into one (1) cup of the batter</li>
<li>Pour the remaining plain batter into crust and then top with pumpkin  batter</li>
<li>Sprinkle cloves and nutmeg on top</li>
<li>Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the center is almost set</li>
<li>Cool the <em>pumpkin cheesecake</em>. Refrigerate for three (3) hours or  overnight</li>

<li>When you are ready to serve your <em>holiday punch</em>, stir in the wine and  the orange juice</li>
<li>Gently press the fruit against the side of the pitcher with a wooden spoon  while stirring</li>
<li>Serve on the rocks</li>
